Book Club

Book Club

The book we are reading is called The Ripple Effect by Gregg Wells. If you don’t have it, check your local library or purchase it from Chapters or Indigo. You can also order it online through Amazon. Anyone who wants to participate in book club can read it throughout the six weeks and there will be one question posted per week in the secret Facebook group. If anyone would like to volunteer to host a book club meeting in-person please let me know and I can help you coordinate one! Reach me at hello@samdsquire.com

Gratitude Practice

Gratitude can help you drastically shift your energy to a more positive state, especially if you practice it consistently on a daily basis. If you want to start a gratitude practice, you can use this PDF, a note in your phone or a journal. Try writing down at least one thing that you're grateful for every day. You can write as little or as much as you'd like, but make sure you start your line with, "I am grateful for."

Those are the magic words to help you shift your energy!

You can use this PDF, note on your phone or a journal. This is an incredible tool that doesn't take up much time and it will help you develop clarity in many areas of your life.
