The human experience is not an easy journey. If you’re experiencing anxiety, stress, overwhelm, depression, burnout or any other challenges that come along with the human experience and you’re looking for someone to talk to, please book a free consultation or a first session if you think we’re the right fit so we can explore what you’re going through in a compassionate and collaborative way.

As a counselor, my work is grounded in the belief that we all need someone to talk to. It is grounded in the belief that when we have a safe, judgement-free environment we can explore our thoughts, feelings and behaviours, which allows us to process emotions, heal trauma, develop a more secure attachment style and become the most authentic version of ourselves.

My approach to counseling involves deep listening and powerful questions that empower you to discover answers and insight on your own. I remain deeply curious alongside of you and ask questions to help you find the insight you might be looking for. I will gently challenge you if there are limiting beliefs standing in your way of healing and we will work together in a compassionate way to resolve them and bring more ease into your life. I also offer my clients take home exercises, journal prompts and meditation techniques to help with emotional regulation and so they can continue therapy outside of sessions.

My counseling practice is grounded in values such as compassion, radical acceptance, trust, balance, mindfulness, play, fun and humour.

I believe that with some support, tools and guidance we can work collaboratively together to help you heal, process and grow.


THE DETAILS:

  • I am an RPC-C (Registered Professional Counselor, Candidate) with the CPCA (Canadian Professional Counseling Association). If you have extended health benefits, you might be able to use them for my counseling services (license #4421 ).

  • All sessions are online.

  • If you'd like to have an initial consultation to see if we're a fit or if you have any questions, you can book a free 15-minute session.

  • The next step would be an intake and assessment (your first session), which is 90 minutes long.

  • After that, subsequent sessions are 60 minutes long.

  • I use the Jane app for scheduling. You can book all appointments by clicking the button below.

  • Counseling rates are $145 + GST per session (both the initial intake session and subsequent sessions are the same price).

Enjoy a one-on-one meditation session to help with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, poor sleep habits, challenging feelings and emotions and letting go.
