Seasonal Gatherings are virtual, one-hour sessions that include check-ins, reflections, setting intentions, and a guided Yoga Nidra Meditation Journey based on the season we are in. These gatherings are designed to help you reconnect with yourself and stay accountable for the year. If you can’t attend live, no problem! A recording will be available for seven days. After you sign up, you’ll receive a personal email from me within a few days with everything you need to know.

Seasonal Gatherings are for you if:

  • You feel overwhelmed by the idea of committing to meditation and journaling daily, weekly, or even monthly.

  • You’re looking for something simple and consistent that’s not demanding or overwhelming.

  • You journal and meditate regularly, but don’t always do a seasonal check-in, and you’d like to add that into your self-care routine.

  • You consistently try weekly or monthly challenges, but fall off track once they end.

  • You are looking for a community to be part of and feel connected with.

  • You want to include more meditation, journaling, reflection, and goal-setting in your life, but you feel overwhelmed and confused by all the online options.

  • You journal, meditate, set goals, and have a robust spiritual or self-development practice, but no community to share it or check in with.

What to Expect:

How it Works:

  • We will meet once per season for one hour on Zoom.

  • Investment: $99 + GST for the year.

  • Dates for 2026:

    • Note: Dates are subject to change, but will always be held on a weekday evening at 6:30 pm PST as close to the Equinoxes and Solstices as possible.

      • Spring: Monday, March 23, 6:30 pm PST

      • Summer: Monday, June 22, 6:30 pm PST

      • Fall: Monday, September 21, 6:30 pm PST

      • Winter: Monday, December 21, 6:30 pm PST
