Meditation can help you reduce stress, improve your energy levels and ultimately bring you back into balance so you can live your life fully. I specialize in yoga nidra meditation, a style of meditation that focuses on working through various layers to help you regulate and restore your nervous system and your endocrine system. I currently guide yoga nidra weekly at the lululemon Store Support Centre in Vancouver, BC and I publish yoga nidra meditation recordings, which are available through the Soul Squad Community. I also work with private clients one-on-one —in person or online — to create custom meditation audios based on specific personal needs.

I'm Sam Squire.
I'm a yoga teacher and meditation guide currently living in Vancouver, BC. When I graduated from high school I went straight into pre-pharmacy at the University of Winnipeg. After a couple of years, I realized I was more interested in learning about Eastern medicine than Western medicine. I took a break from University to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Greece with Yoga Alliance. Since then I've also completed my 60-hour yin yoga certification and my 60-hour yoga nidra meditation certification. Eventually I returned to University to complete my post secondary education and in 2017 I graduated with a diploma in Public Relations and Communications Management.
I currently lead yoga and meditation classes in Vancouver, BC, publish yoga videos and meditation audios online through the Soul Squad Community, and I work with private clients one-on-one to develop custom meditations to help them with specific needs.
I'd say I’m most well-known for my yoga nidra meditations, fun and upbeat yoga classes, music choices and sense of humour - on and off the mat.
